Erika Jordan

Biography

Erika Jordan is a doctoral student in Marriage and Family Therapy and therapist-in-training based in Southern California. With a background in sociology and behavioral science, she approaches mental health through both an individual and systemic lens — focusing on the patterns people repeat and why. Before shifting into psychology, Erika worked in media and entertainment, including Playboy TV and multiple film and television roles. Today, she brings that lived experience into her work, helping people make sense of their relationships, behaviors, and emotional world in a way that actually leads to change.
